Skinner also collected scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Louisiana-Lafayette and Tulane. LSU, Houston and Purdue showed interest.
He's registered a 4.81 40-yard dash, 4.75 20-yard shuttle and 25-inch vertical on the combine circuit.
Running back Kaleb Blanchard (Denham Springs, La./) is Arkansas' other verbal.
