2013 offensive tackle Tommy Hopkins (Thornwood, N.Y./Westlake) committed to sign with UConn Monday afternoon, according to The Daily Mount Pleasant.
“As soon as I walked on the campus I just knew it was the right school for me,” Hopkins told The Daily Mount Pleasant in January . “I just had this feeling.”
Boston College, Nebraska, Penn State, Virginia, West Virginia, Illinois and Temple also recruited the 6-foot-6, 282-pound prospect.
Hopkins is the third 2013 verbal for UConn.
