Ty Cummings (Southlake, Texas/Carroll), considered one of the premier kicking prospects for 2013, has accepted a scholarship offer from Houston, according to MyFoxHouston.com.
"I really like Coach (Tony) Levine," Cummings said. "He's been great through the whole process. "You can tell he really knows what he's talking about when it comes to special teams. I was just honored to receive an offer from him this early."
