Commitment No. 15 for Texas A&M comes in the form of a state-champion signal-caller.
High three-star quarterback Kenny Hill (Southlake, Texas/Carroll) confirmed Saturday afternoon that he has verbally committed to play for Texas A&M. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound, dual-threat option led Carroll to a 16-0 season, the Texas Class 5A Division I state title and a No. 6 national ranking in the final Fab 50 poll.
Hill said he made the decision while visiting College Station, Texas, for A&M’s spring game on Saturday. He chose Texas A&M over offers from Missouri, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Missouri, Utah and Kansas State, in addition to in-state schools Texas Tech, Baylor, TCU, Houston. Schools such as Stanford, LSU and Oklahoma also showed interest.
