Chryst earns first 2013 verbal at Pitt

Pittsburgh coach Paul Chryst picked up his first verbal commitment of the 2013 class.
ESPNU Watch List tight end Scott Orndoff (Pittsburgh/Seton-La Salle) committed to Pitt on Sunday after visiting the nearby campus.
The commitment is not much of a surprise as not only is Pitt the local school but Orndoff was previously committed to Wisconsin. Following a mass exodus of Wisconsin coaches to Pitt, including Chryst, Orndoff reopened his recruitment in February.
