How recruiting affects coaches' waistlines

During the spring evaluation period, coaches have schedules that rival long-distance truck drivers. For example, Florida State recruiting coordinator Tim Brewster said he spent more than 10 hours on the road Wednesday driving from East Texas to Vicksburg, Miss., with stops at seven different high schools along the way.

And when you’re traveling like that, it’s hard to watch what you eat. For many coaches, gas-station food is what’s on the menu. Here’s a look at Clemson offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Chad Morris' snacks of choice.
