Tanner Sanders (Corvallis, Ore./Crescent Valley) has committed to play for his hometown school, Oregon State, according to multiple reports. He's a high school quarterback who is expected to move from under center at the next level.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound prospect also received scholarship offers from San Diego State and Portland State. Arizona State, Boise State, Brigham Young, Stanford and Washington showed interest.

Sanders is Oregon State's third pledge. Two other high school quarterbacks, Marcus McMaryion (Dinuba, Calif./Dinuba) and Nick Mitchell (Snoqualmie, Wash./Mount Si), are already in the Oregon State class.
