The quarterback dominoes began falling earlier this June, and now Ohio State has its quarterback.
Stephen Collier (Leesburg, Ga./Lee County) confirmed to ESPN.com in a text message he has pledged to the Buckeyes.
"It's a great school with phenomenal coaches and supportive fans," Collier said. "What more could you ask for?"
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound pocket-passer gives Ohio State the quarterback it needed in this 2014 class after the Buckeyes took just one in 2013 (J.T. Barrett). Collier was on campus earlier this month, and Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer caught passes from Collier personally.
Collier will participate in the Elite 11 finals and The Opening later this month.
