RB Jonathan Haden commits to Arizona

Four-star running back Jonathan Haden (Washington/Friendship Collegiate) pledged to sign with Arizona, he confirmed in a text message.

Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio, Ohio State, Old Dominion, Syracuse, Tennessee, Toledo and West Virginia were his other scholarship offers.

Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Maryland, Pittsburgh and Wisconsin also recruited the 5-foot-8, 185-pound prospect.

Jonathan is one of four younger brothers of Cleveland Browns cornerback and former Florida All-American Joe Haden. Two other brothers, Josh and Jordan, also reached the FBS level. Josh signed with Boston College before transferring to Toledo. Jordan signed with Florida and also ended up at Toledo.

Haden is Arizona's fourth commitment for 2014. The Wildcats already have received a commitment from an ESPN 150 prospect in athlete Cameron Denson (Tucson, Ariz./Salpointe Catholic) and tw0 four-star running backs in Haden and Nick Wilson (Fresno, Calif./Central). Three-star tight end Nick Nataro (Estero, Fla./Estero) is also on board.
