Cal commit Cameron Hunt (Corona, Calif./Centennial) has become one of the top offensive line targets for a number of schools across the country. The four-star prospect recently returned home from the Under Armour All-America Game in Florida -- the first leg of an action-packed January -- and is focused on evaluating his options with less than a month to go until national signing day.

ESPN 150 defensive end Elijah Daniel (Avon, Ind./Avon) spent the last two weekends in Mississippi visiting each of the state's BCS programs. This weekend it was Hugh Freeze and Ole Miss's turn to host Daniel, a former Clemson commitment.

"It was good," said Daniel, who returned home from his visit Sunday. "It was pretty cool, really cool, like the walk of champions to being inside the stadium."

David Dawson decommited from Michigan and Justin Manning delayed his decision date, and that had a big-time ripple effect in this week's #BlueChipBattles Insider, as more than half of the top 10 spots have new occupants.

Heading into this weekend’s visit, Clemson was on level footing with about 10 other teams on Elijah Daniel’s leaderboard. By the end of his visit, though, the Tigers landed a second ESPN 150 defensive end in less than a week.

“I was interested in them obviously. They were on the same level as all the other teams,” Daniel said en route back to Avon, Ind. “I had visited those other schools I was looking at other than Clemson.

Clemson adds another ESPN 150 DE

As if the last week could not get any better for Dabo Swinney, the Clemson head coach convinced a second ESPN 150 defensive end to commit to the Tigers.

Avon (Ind.) end Elijah Daniel committed to Clemson on Sunday while visiting the campus. He was at Georgia a day earlier.

The four-star prospect is the sixth-best defensive end nationally and No. 85 overall. He is No. 2 in Indiana behind Notre Dame commit Jaylon Smith.
