West Virginia offers Kyle Trout after visit
By Jared Shanker
West Virginia assistant coach Bill Bedenbaugh told Lancaster (Ohio) tackle
Kyle Trout
to call him Monday night. Trout was hoping he wanted to offer.
Bedenbaugh and the West Virginia staff did.
Trout, a 2014 ESPN Watch List member, reported the Mountaineers offered him Monday night. He
visited West Virginia for the Oklahoma game
on Saturday.
The Mountaineers are the ninth program to offer the 6-foot-5, 254-pound tackle and first from the Big 12. BCS programs Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State and Pittsburgh also offered Trout.
