Five-star defensive end Noah Spence (Harrisburg, Pa./Bishop McDevitt) maintained that he would not be dealing with recruiting much during his senior season. The day immediately after his high school career, though, he will get right back into recruiting.
Spence, ranked No. 4 in the ESPNU 150, will play for a state title with his McDevitt teammates Friday. On Saturday, he will officially visit Ohio State, which has rocketed up his leaderboard thanks to new Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer.
“He’s a great guy,” Spence said. “I feel like he wants to win and I want that, too. I feel I’ll get a lot of playing time if I work hard and come out and be focused, so it sounds like a good place.”
