Junior college defensive tackle Chris Brown (Scottsdale, Ariz./Scottsdale Community College) is days away from making a decision of where he wants to play college football. Over the weekend, he took in what might be his final official visit of the recruiting period.
Brown, a 6-foot-4, 330-pound lineman, visited Kansas State and gave the visit “a 10” overall. He was hosted by sophomore defensive end Ryan Mueller, Brown said he enjoyed his first trip to Manhattan, Kan.
“It was my first trip to Kansas, period,” Brown said. “I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but when I got there, it was a great atmosphere. It seems like a really nice place with warm people.”
