Jeff Rotsky says his star receiver is not committed anywhere just yet.
Rivals.com reported Wednesday that Cleveland Heights (Ohio) receiver Shelton Gibson committed to West Virginia, but the ESPN 300 recruit's coach says that it is not the case.
