BC, Indiana among A.J. Burdine's favorites

Cincinnati Elder defensive end A.J. Burdine was hoping to put off his recruitment for at least a few more weeks. It looked like that was going to be the case Saturday night as Elder was close to pulling off the upset of nationally ranked Colerain in the regional semifinals.

Elder fell just short, however, so the 6-foot-3, 260-pound Burdine is ready to place his focus on his future once again.

The former running back has five offers, and of those Boston College and Ohio are standing out to him. The Eagles were previously his favorite, but he’s more open now to other schools.
