Madison (Wis.) Memorial coach George Grays describes fast in two ways.
“I’ve coached a couple receivers who signed D-I, and I always describe a receiver who is naturally fast but it’s ugly looking, especially when you get to the bottom end. I describe that as Darrell Green-fast,” Grays said.
“And Willie Gault-fast, when you watch him run it’s like he wasn’t putting any effort. Jester is Willie Gault-fast.”
