Snodgrass sets date; misses Irish visit

Springfield, Ohio, junior receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass, a member of the ESPN Watch List, has a set a date to publicly announce his college decision.
The 6-foot, 174-pound receiver will announce his choice Thursday at his high school. No time has been finalized.
Snodgrass, who has nine offers, has a top five, in no order, of Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State and Wisconsin. Although he has never named leaders, the belief is the Buckeyes and Fighting Irish are in the best position, with Michigan State also in the mix.
