The Ohio Bobcats are off to an outstanding start to the 2012 season at 6-0, with two straight wins against MAC opponents. Frank Solich got some more good news when a prospect out of the Peach State decided to make the call.
Wide receiver Justin Wyatt (Suwanee, Ga./Collins Hill) was originally waiting to see if UCF and Minnesota would extend an offer, but over the weekend he felt he needed to go ahead and pull the trigger.
"I committed to Ohio on Sunday," Wyatt said.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound receiver has 20 catches for 268 yards and two touchdowns in five games this year. He chose Ohio over offers from Cincinnati, Buffalo and Troy. He is commitment No. 11 for Ohio, and the second out of Georgia, with defensive lineman Tony Porter (Suwanee, Ga./Peachtree Ridge) being the other.
