Following an offer from Michigan State last week and a trip to East Lansing on Wednesday, the Spartans sit on top of the 6-foot-2, 175-pound receiver's list.
“It was a big and beautiful campus. I loved it,” Kilgore said after camping with the Spartans. “I got to visit the engineering building, which is one of the things I’m interested in majoring in.
