Running back Lorenzo Collins (Farmington Hills, Mich./Harrison) won’t sign his letter of intent until Feb. 2014, but he is already starting to lean toward one program in particular.
Collins is a fan of Michigan State, which signed his Harrison teammate Aaron Burbridge this past February. His cousin Anthony Woods also signed with the Spartans several years ago.
Collins has visited Michigan State twice, the most recent coming for the Spartans’ annual rivalry game against Michigan. What impressed him most is a little surprising.
