Toledo tells Cason to wait; interest rising

The MAC is tired of getting picked on.
That is what Toledo coach Matt Campbell told Timothy Cason II a few weeks ago (Clarkston, Mich./Clarkston).
While Campbell would like Cason in his 2014 class, he was not ready to accept Cason’s commitment at the end of January despite several Big Ten schools also pursuing Cason -- and that is partly the reason. Cason tried to commit after a junior day visit Jan. 26.
