Watch List guard Colt Pettit (Hamler, Ohio/Patrick Henry) could watch game film for days, but sitting down to take in a big matchup probably won’t happen for the 6-foot-4, 245-pound offensive lineman.
“It was always on in my house, and my dad loved it and my brothers watched it,” Pettit said. “And I was always there with them, but I could never get in to it. I love the sport with everything, but I cannot sit down and watch a football game.”
It’s an oddity, especially when considering Pettit’s offers from the likes of Purdue, Illinois and Indiana. He also has gained attention from Stanford, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Georgia Tech as his junior film has gotten out.
