Penn State assistant coach John Butler is making the stops in Ohio on Wednesday, and he sent out a new offer to a 2013 prospect.
Cleveland Heights (Ohio) defensive back Marcus McShepard reported the Nittany Lions offered while Butler was at the high school today.
"I'm very honored and grateful that Penn State considers me the caliber of student-athlete to attend their school," McShepard wrote in a text message.
