Senior defensive end Mike Tyler will be feasting on quarterbacks for Stanford now.
The three-star defensive end from Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Ohio) H.S. switched his verbal pledge to Stanford from Vanderbilt on Wednesday, he told ESPN.com in an email.
"I decommitted from Vanderbilt last night in favor of Stanford. I have nothing but respect for the coaches, players and program at Vandy, so this was a very difficult decision," Tyler wrote.
He is the ninth commitment of Stanford's class.
