ESPN 150 prospect Laquon Treadwell (Crete, Ill./Crete-Monee) isn’t the only receiver from his high school giving opposing defenses fits. On the other side of the field, senior Lance Lenoir Jr. also is making it hard for defenses to stop Crete-Monee through the air.
Through seven games -- and a 7-0 start -- Lenoir has 35 receptions for 602 yards and eight touchdowns. Last Friday, he registered a 100-yard game on nine catches and added two scores.
His biggest strength: “My feet, breaking off the line, running good routes and catching the ball at its highest point,” Lenoir said. “I always catch the ball. I have great hands.”
