Penn State has reached eight.
Three-star defensive end Curtis Cothran (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) reaffirmed his commitment to Penn State during a conversation with assistant coach John Butler on Monday.
“He was glad to hear I’m going to stick with them, willing to make it through the storm,” said Cothran, ranked No. 83 among defensive ends. “I feel like we got something special in this class and we’ll be a legendary class. We’re going to do great things up there.”
