SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Detroit Loyola defensive end Malik McDowell is one of the Midwest’s top prospects in the 2014 class, so it is no surprise the region’s biggest programs are showing him the most love.
“Michigan, Ohio State and Notre Dame,” McDowell said is showing him the most interest. All three have offered.
Later this month, McDowell will make a visit to Notre Dame. It will be his first time on the South Bend, Ind., campus. He will be there for the Fighting Irish’s camp.
