Brookfield (Wisc.) Central defensive end Chikwe Obasih picked up his second offer from the state of Iowa on Tuesday.
Obasih reports the Hawkeyes extended him an offer late Tuesday. The Hawkeyes had been showing interest for several weeks, and Obasih is familiar with the program.
"I've visited there a few times, so it's good to finally get that offer from them," Obasih said in a text message.
