Barrington (Ill.) offensive tackle Jack Keeler was hoping for a Nebraska offer when he visited the Huskers in less than two weeks.
The Huskers didn't feel like waiting. Keeler picked up an offer from Nebraska on Wednesday night, he wrote to ESPN.com in a text message.
Keeler is up to six offers as the Huskers join Central Michigan, Toledo, West Virginia, Western Michigan and Wyoming.
Last weekend, Keeler made visits to Illinois, Michigan and Michigan State, and he was thoroughly impressed with what he saw at Michigan.
