Ross Douglas (Avon, Ohio/Avon) fell in love with Penn State the minute he stepped on campus for its junior day on Feb. 18, but the plan was to still let the recruiting process play out and not rush into a decision.
It didn’t take long for Douglas to change his mind. On Wednesday, Douglas decided to commit to Penn State.
“It blew me away when I went up for the junior day,” Douglas said. “I woke up this morning and said I had to be at Penn State.
