The interest between four-star athlete David Perkins (South Bend, Ind./Washington) and Oregon has always been hot and cold, but it looks like both parties are moving on.
On Monday, Perkins talked about visiting Oregon sometime over the next two weeks before signing day, but on Tuesday he said that trip will no longer take place.
Perkins will officially visit Illinois beginning Friday and California on Jan. 27 before coming to a decision a few days before signing day.
Missouri and Ohio State have already received official visits from Perkins, who decommitted from Notre Dame in October. Perkins said he nearly committed to Ohio State during his visit this past weekend.
