Springfield (Ohio) High School receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass was set to commit back in November, but circumstances forced him to cancel his announcement and continue the recruiting process.
A decision finally came five months later, and Snodgrass is the latest player from southwest Ohio to commit to Kentucky.
The ESPN Watch List receiver committed Friday. He announced his decision on a radio program and confirmed the commitment in a text message.
Kentucky hosted Snodgrass on several visits during the winter and spring, and the Wildcats are doing well with Southwest Ohio prospects such as Snodgrass and fellow 2014 commit Dorian Hendrix (Huber Heights, Ohio/Wayne), who is also from the Dayton area.
