Ohio State commitments are unfazed by the recent sanctions levied against the program by the NCAA, and two more future Buckeyes voiced their support and allegiance to the program.
"I still love being a Buckeye and I'm playing for the fans,” Bedford (Ohio) two-star safety Tyvis Powell said. “Winning for them is better than winning a national championship to me."
Steubenville (Ohio) three-star cornerback Najee Murray isn’t concerned about the bowl ban, either.
"It really doesn't bother me,” he said. “I'm a Buckeye no matter what!"
Murray was surprised by the news, but in talking with other recruits he doesn’t believe any will stray from their commitments.
“This may affect our recruiting class, but what I'm hearing [is] all of us are calm about it."
