Jacob Farhenkrug, a junior college prospect playing in North Dakota, was sought out by the Seminoles in the Class of 2011. He has started 16 games in his career and will provide depth in 2013 if he can overcome a shoulder injury.

Thomas Holley’s recruitment has been a lot like his most recent visit.
The ESPN 150 defensive tackle out of Brooklyn (N.Y.) Abraham Lincoln was at Penn State for the annual spring game, which was hampered by every weather condition imaginable.
“It did a little bit of everything -- rain, snow, everything -- it was crazy,” Holley said.
The first few months of his recruitment have been the same. Holley, No. 93 in the ESPN 150, has seen it all in a short time. He went from basketball prospect to first-year football player to playing just a handful of games to landing his first offer. Now he is an Under Armour All-American with more than 20 offers.

Four-star DT has options, taking his time
Four-star defensive tackle Josh Frazier (Springdale, Ark./Har-Ber) isn't worried about making a rushed decision regarding his college football future. Recruiting for Frazier, to an extent, is taking a back seat until after May 23 -- the last day of spring football for his school.
Spring ball, however, could lead to a variety of options for the No. 2 player in Arkansas, as it offers Frazier -- a player with nine offers -- the chance to attract even more programs. At 6-foot-4 and 336 pounds, Frazier has offers from SEC schools Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia and Texas A&M, in addition to Florida State, Notre Dame, USC and Arkansas State.

Another national offer came for the 2015 two-way lineman on Thursday, this one from the Florida Gators.
The 6-foot-6, 255-pound Brown is being recruited at a bevy of positions, with offensive tackle, defensive end and tight end all on the table. The Gators like him on the offensive line, though, as position coach Tim Davis and Brown have kept in contact the last few weeks.

WR Cannon talks training, newest offers
What Cannon has been recently working on is how to overcome size mismatches against larger defenders in the secondary. At 6-foot-0 and 170 pounds, he knows that at the next level he will go up against cornerbacks and safeties who are 15 or 20 pounds heavier -- and just as quick.
