UTSA had a strong Sunday, pulling three commitments. On Monday, it continued to pick up athletes, landing a three-star athlete once committed to Texas Tech.
Cornerback Aneas Henricks (Bastrop, Texas/Bastrop) became the 19th member of the Roadrunners’ 2013 recruiting class, as he verbally committed late Monday morning. The 6-foot, 172-pound cornerback, who recently parted ways with the Red Raiders, was recruited by receivers coach Tony Jeffery.
“Everything on the campus was beautiful,” Henricks said. “I liked everything they showed me, and I can see myself staying there the next four years.”
