Tight end Jason Reese (Euless, Texas/Trinity) decided to part ways with Arizona State a little over a week ago. Many thought Missouri would be Arizona State’s replacement.
There’s a new player in Reese’s recruiting. Reese said Oklahoma has come on strong, and the Sooners and Tigers are neck and neck in the race for his services.
Reese, a three-star tight end, said that while Oklahoma hasn’t offered, he’s been in contact, and he’s confident that the Sooners will offer soon. Now 6-foot-4 and 231 pounds, Reese is looking to set up a visit to Norman, Okla., next month.
