Wide receiver Rashard Higgins (Mesquite, Texas/Mesquite) had offers from FCS and Division II schools, but today he welcomed his first FBS offer.

Higgins said he was relieved to pick up his first FBS offer, and while it is tempting he said he will weigh all of his options before making a decision.
