Being a part of something new and potentially great is something Jeremy Fulcher (Dallas/Woodrow Wilson) holds close to him. He holds loyalty even closer.
Those two reasons gave the 6-foot, 173-pound cornerback enough reason to give Georgia State his verbal commitment this morning. Fulcher chose Georgia State over offers from New Mexico State and UNLV.
Fulcher is excited about the future, as the Panthers will move from FCS play to FBS play. Georgia State will enter the Sun Belt Conference on July 1.
