For junior college defensive end Kewan Alfred (Athens, Texas/Trinity Valley Community College), the traveling must continue. At least until juco signing day for mid-year transfers, which will take place Wednesday.
Alfred completed trip No. 3 on his four-trip schedule in a two-week span, as he took an official visit to UNLV on Thursday. His player host was a familiar face, former Trinity Valley teammate Parker Holloway, now a starting defensive end at UNLV.
“It was nice, real good. I got a good feel out of it overall,” Alfred said of UNLV. “I had a good feeling about coaches and the team. It was fun.
