Decision day is nearing for running back Teriyon Gipson (Dallas/Kimball).
New Mexico and Colorado State are Gipson’s final two choices, and the 5-foot-9, 175-pound senior said he is looking to make a decision soon. The winning school will get a back who rushed for 1,720 yards and 21 touchdowns this season and 933 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior.
“[With] New Mexico, I like that the coaches are cool,” Gipson said. “They like running backs my size. I like the town. I know a lot of the players that are from down here.
