The last couple of years Oklahoma has gotten off to a slow start to its recruiting classes. The first commits for the 2012 and 2013 class happened well after signing day. There was nothing to indicate that would change for 2014.
But it did once ESPN Watch List wide receiver Armanti Foreman (Texas City, Texas/Texas City) committed to the Sooners in October.
OU was his first offer and that’s all it took for Foreman, who is 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds.
