Defensive end Casey Sayles (Omaha, Neb./North) committed to Ohio on Sept. 27, but if Nebraska wants to be in the picture, he’s going to keep his mind and options open.
Sayles was one of the 85,527 in attendance Saturday at Memorial Stadium watching Nebraska’s 32-23, come-from-behind win against Penn State. He has made the trip to Lincoln, Neb., a couple of times before, but he said the atmosphere this time was memorable.
“I was actually there right before the tunnel walk with all the recruits, and I had a chance to see the experience,” Sayles said. "The fans were ready, the band was ready. The tunnel walk was really awesome.”
