Sam Wren (Yuma, Ariz./Arizona Western College) is back on the market.
Wren, a 6-foot-3, 255-pound defensive end, confirmed Monday morning that he has decommitted from Texas State. He originally committed to the Bobcats last month.
“I’ve decided to open my recruiting back up to explore other options,” Wren said. “I just want to say thank you to all the [Texas State] coaches for looking at me. I respect all of them. I’m just going to take things from here and go.”
