OL Joseph Noteboom still solid to TCU

TCU commit Joseph Noteboom (Plano, Texas/Plano) had a pretty good weekend. Both of his teams scored victories.
Noteboom is quick to use the pronoun “we” when referring to both Plano and TCU. The 6-foot-6, 260-pound offensive lineman was happy after Plano downed McKinney (Texas) 38-21 on Friday, and he was equally excited when TCU dropped Baylor 49-21 on Saturday.
