For a period of time in the spring, it looked like three-star defensive tackle Hardreck Walker (Houston/Westfield) was going to commit to Texas A&M.
It didn’t happen in April, but Walker now has the Aggies’ July starting off on the right foot. Walker verbally committed to Texas A&M on Sunday night on KPRC-TV Houston.
"I love Coach [Kevin] Sumlin. I feel like he has the program headed in the right direction," Walker told host Randy McIlvoy. "(They) just jumped to the SEC; it's going to be big for them. I feel like I can help them bring back the Wrecking Crew."
