With 13 offers, massive offensive tackle Dan Skipper (Arvada, Colo./Ralston Valley) is taking his time and weighing all options. Virginia became lucky No. 13 for him late last week, as offensive line coach Scott Wachenheim extended the offer.
Skipper, a 6-foot-10, 285-pound, three-star lineman, now holds six Pac-12 offers, two SEC offers and – with the Virginia – two from the ACC.
“Playing in the ACC would be good,” Skipper said. Virginia has a great campus, and I liked the feel of it all. It’s a lot like Colorado to me. The coaches want me to get out for a visit.”
