Rising defensive end Daniel August (Tulsa, Okla./Victory Christian) is looking to make a name for himself in the recruiting world. In a short time, the 6-foot-4, 260-pound defensive end has done enough to attract recruiters from several BCS programs.
Over the weekend, August made visits to Oklahoma State and Tulsa. He attended a spring practice at Oklahoma State on Friday and was at Tulsa on Saturday for the Golden Hurricanes' annual spring game.
August did not leave Stillwater, Okla., or Tulsa with an offer, but he said he enjoyed both visits.
