For someone who played his first year of varsity football, 2014 wide receiver Raelon Singleton (Crosby, Texas/Crosby) had an outstanding season. Those who know Singleton, however, knew that his first year wouldn’t be a disappointment.
At 6-foot-4 and 180 pounds, Singleton has the size and the athletic ability to be a force at the receiver. He possesses a 34-inch vertical and runs the 40-yard dash in 4.46 seconds. All of that together resulted in Singleton accounting for 39 receptions, 625 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
“I had good time. This was my first year playing football since my freshman year,” Singleton said. “After a while, I saw I had some potential. I started playing better.”
