4-star LB Nick Ramirez reopens recruiting

Missouri suffered a blow to its 2013 recruiting class on Tuesday as four-star inside linebacker Nick Ramirez (Lee’s Summit, Mo./Lee’s Summit West) announced his decommitment from the Tigers.
Ramirez, a 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker and the No. 6 player in the Show-Me State, said he reopened up his recruiting process “to go check places out to make sure I make the right choice.” Along with an offer from the Tigers, Ramirez has offers from Nebraska, Kansas State, Iowa, Northwestern and Purdue, among others. He also is receiving interest from Alabama, Arkansas, Ohio State and Auburn.
