Cam Manning still solid with La. Tech

Three-star offensive lineman and Louisiana Tech commit Cam Manning (Southlake, Texas/Carroll) didn’t make the trip to the Independence Bowl in Shreveport, La., but he was one of the many who stayed up in the wee hours to watch on television the conclusion of one of the best games in college football this year.
Manning, who was the first Louisiana Tech commit of the 2013 class, watched his future team fall 59-57 to Texas A&M in a game that nearly saw the Bulldogs rally from a 27-0 deficit. It was a game that featured almost 1,300 yards of total offense and 15 touchdowns between the teams.
